What to Expect in a Homeopathic Consultation

Homeopathy is a natural system of medicine that supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself. It works on an energetic level, using remedies made from plants, animals, minerals, and other natural sources that are prepared through a process of dilution and succussion (shaking). These remedies carry a specific frequency that stimulates your vital force—the energy that maintains health and balance across body, mind, and spirit.

At your initial consultation we explored your current health concerns influencing your wellbeing. You were prescribed remedies based on your unique presentation, you've been taking them for a period of weeks, giving you time to respond to the remedy.

Follow-Up Consultations

Follow-up consultations usually take 30–45 minutes and are scheduled 4–6 weeks after the first appointment. This allows time to assess your response to the remedy, make any necessary adjustments, and support you through each stage of your healing journey.

The Healing Process

Healing with homeopathy is often gentle and deep-acting. You may experience physical, emotional, or mental shifts as your body rebalances. These can include:

• An initial aggravation of symptoms (usually mild and brief)
• Return of old or suppressed symptoms
• Emotional releases (crying, vivid dreams, etc.)
• A general sense of clarity, calm, or increased energy

Everyone’s response is unique. Part of the homeopathic process is learning to observe these changes as signs that healing is unfolding.

Included in your consultation 

• One on one 30min chat via Google Meeting.
• Remedies will be prescribed and are in addition to the consultation fee. Prescription remedies are $30 each for 30mls.
